Filipino lumpia

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound ground pork
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 / 2 cup chopped onion
1 / 2 cup chopped carrots
1 / 2 cup chopped green onions
1 / 2 cups green cabbage, chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon soy sauce

NOTES
